Salt Spring Forest Cabin
A great foundation to finish project. In conjunction with the clients, I designed a duplex-style, micro-cabin with class. The cabin featured two mirror-identical, side by side rooms with lofts, alder porch posts harvested on-site, interior alder plank walls and cedar board and batten siding.
Windows were all supplied from the reduced, odds and sods pile of the local window shop, the alder planks from a Salt Spring sawyer and the cedar siding from a discard lift of cedar sourced at a great price. Killer scenery and perfect quite surround this forest cabin.
